1. Who we are

Lixo Healthcare Equipment Private Limited (CIN U51900TN2015PTC102656), #3C2, 10th Floor, Seethakathi Business Centre, Anna Salai, Thousand Lights, Chennai 600006, Tamil Nadu (“Lixo”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers our brands Lixo and RoboticVibe, our website www.lixo.in, our WhatsApp and phone channels, our showroom, and our installation and service visits.

2. Personal data we collect

• You give us: name, phone number, email address, delivery and billing address, city and PIN code, GSTIN (for business buyers), the product you are interested in, your messages and booking details.
• When you buy or get service: order and invoice details, payment status (we do not store card numbers; payment partners process them), installation and warranty details, service tickets.
• When you call or chat: call recordings and call details on our toll-free and sales lines, WhatsApp chat history.
• When you use our website: device and browser details, IP address, pages viewed, and the advertising click identifier when you arrive from an ad, collected through cookies and similar tags.
• From marketplaces: when you buy on Amazon, Tata CLiQ or Flipkart, the details the marketplace shares with us to deliver, install and service your product.

3. Why we use it (purposes)

1. To answer your enquiry, arrange a demo or video consultation, and send quotes.
2. To process orders, deliver, install, provide warranty and annual maintenance, and support you.
3. To keep accounts, invoices and tax records as required by law.
4. With your consent, to send offers and updates by call, SMS, WhatsApp and email.
5. With your consent, to measure how our advertising performs and to show you relevant Lixo ads, or to stop showing ads to you after you have bought (see section 4).
6. To protect our services, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

4. Advertising and measurement

With your consent, we share your email address and phone number with Google (Google Ads, including Customer Match and Enhanced Conversions) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We first convert them into an unreadable code (SHA-256 hashing) on our side or through Google’s Data Manager. These partners use the codes only to match them with their own users, to measure which ads led to an enquiry or purchase, to show you relevant Lixo ads, or to exclude existing customers from ads. Google processes this data on our behalf under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. We also use Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity on our website to understand visits and ad clicks. You can withdraw this consent at any time (section 7); we then remove you from our next upload.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who work for us and must protect it: our CRM, accounting and helpdesk provider (Zoho), our WhatsApp messaging provider, our telephony provider, courier and installation partners, payment and finance (EMI) partners, our website host, and the advertising partners in section 4. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

6. Where it is stored

Some providers (for example Google, Meta and Zoho) may store or process data outside India. We use providers with adequate security and contracts, and follow any transfer restrictions notified under Indian law.

7. Your choices and rights

• Withdraw consent / opt out: reply STOP on WhatsApp, press the opt-out option on our toll-free line, use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or write to the Grievance Officer. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. It does not affect orders, warranty or service.
• Access, correction, deletion: you may ask what data we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it by law.
• Nominate: you may nominate a person to exercise your rights if you are unable to.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser; some website features may then not work.

8. How long we keep it

• Order, invoice and warranty records: for the warranty period and the period required by tax law.
• Enquiries that did not become orders: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
• Advertising lists: until you withdraw consent, and never longer than the 540 days Google allows.
• Call recordings: up to 12 months unless needed for a dispute.

9. Children

Our products are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not use children’s data for advertising. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and reputable providers to protect your data. If a personal-data breach occurs, we will inform affected users and the authorities as the law requires.

12. Changes to this policy

We will post any change on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and tell you by email or a notice on our website before a material change takes effect.
